Our Roving Computer Labs are available to your business or organization completely free of charge. Registration is fast and easy.

USING THE COMPUTER LABS

As use of technology increases, businesses and organizations often need access to computer labs for a variety of reasons including online applications at job fairs, onboarding with new hires, or training for their existing workforce. Computer labs can be costly to purchase and maintain for a business that may have limited use of a lab.

Let us help! Use of the Roving Computer Labs in your business or organization is completely FREE and the reservation process is fast and easy. Our Roving Computer Lab is simple to set up and use. Our trained staff will show you how. The Labs are easily transported in the trunk of your vehicle.

ROVING COMPUTER LAB

Each Roving Computer Lab contains five Dell laptops equipped with Microsoft Office Suite and a wireless mouse. The labs also have wireless printers, wireless routers to connect all laptops to available internet, and jump drives for saving data from the labs after use. Labs include all necessary power cords, printer connections, along with a traveling case for easy storage and mobility.

ACCESSIBILITY PACKS

Two accessibility packs that contain a low vision keyboard, a trackball mouse, and disposable headphones and earbuds.

PROJECTORS

Two ViewSonic projectors with power and connectivity cords are available.

RESERVING THE COMPUTER LABS

Roving Computer Labs and other equipment must be reserved by filling out a reservation request (an online request form is provided below). Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Labs are available to reserve for periods of up to two weeks. Longer reservations may be honored on a case-to-case basis.

Arrangements must be made to pick up the lab, as well as storage of the lab when not in use.

Labs may be loaded with specialized software to meet business needs.

Labs must be returned on time and in their original condition.
