The Reengagement Opportunities and Pathways to Employment Success (R.O.P.E.S.)

The Reengagement Opportunities and Pathways to Employment Success (R.O.P.E.S.) program will provide pathways and support to marginalized and disadvantaged populations struggling to access full-time employment.

This program offers individuals in substance misuse recovery and those previously involved with the justice system significant access to mental and physical health services, counseling services, childcare, help with reinstating driver’s licenses, and other support services that will allow individuals to enter employment while meeting their basic needs.

As our region diversifies and competition for employees moves to a global market, increasing access for all citizens is even more important. Combating various types of stigmas and partnering with various organizations and grant programs will help expand the types of career fields and long-term employment opportunities as we move the region forward.
